Give & Take

Free community event at St John’s Church Hall, Hayfield

Bring what you don’t want and take what you do!
Give & Take day is the chance for you to pass on items you own, but no longer want, that are in good condition or good working order for others to reuse.
Give &Take days are also a great way to recycle and pick up something new. No money changes hands and lots of useful items are diverted from landfill.
Bring along something you don’t want

Friday 8th July 4-6pm,
Sat 9th July 10-11am, 4-5pm, 7-8pm

What can you give? Household items, sports gear, baby equipment, books, CDs DVDs, bric a brac, toys, children’s bikes, kitchenware, paint (reusable), plants, garden tools and equipment and even small electrical goods and furniture (side tables, shelves, cots etc).

Please do not give broken , hazardous or toxic items or second hand child car seats.

Take something you do want

Sunday July 10th 2011 11-4pm

What can you take? Anything you need. And you don’t have to give to take but please do try!
also Fun activities for children all ages, competitions, quizzes and displays.

Refreshments in Church in the afternoon and enjoy St John’s Flower Festival
