Derbyshire's (now trading as Hankins from the BBC series, The Village)

Founded in 1956 by Sam Derbyshire and still run as a family business, Hankins is Hayfield's only dedicated greengrocer. Locally sourced products include cakes made in the village, eggs from Disley, Derbyshire oatcakes from Coombs and cream, yoghurt and other diary products from Holmfirth. Free deliveries in the parish for any order over £10, and to New Mills for any order over £20.

Rosie's Tea and Coffee Room

Gary Cooper Fishmonger

Gary brings landlocked Hayfield fresh fish and seafood from Grimsby every Thursday. He trades from outside the Kinder Lodge from about 4.30 pm and is happy to deliver to your home earlier in the day. You can also find him at the New Mills outdoor market on Fridays.
